Through media, the world is recognized as a flat form pressed into a shape. We have seen everything we can see over a flat screen. The protagonist in the video wanders around Deoksugung Palace without having anything she wants to see and no place to go. The state of having no goals and no desired subject is expressed in a circular vacuum to substitute for the head of the protagonist. The protagonist's walk stops in front of a "Do Not Enter" sign, and is extended through a street view app, and this reality is mixed with the medialized reality. The feeling of empiness expressed in the flat circular shape in the video is presented as a sphere with volume in actual exhibition situation. This work explores the boundaries between presence and absence, truth and fiction, reality and medialized reality.
